"Live your life as if all your dreams have come true
& challenge reality to catch up."

Reality says that you are average.
Reality says that there are no miracles.
Reality says that no one can do the impossible.

I say, reality sucks.  If you want to be amazing....the first step is to realize that you already are.  You are no accident.  You beat out over 1 million other sperm and I guarantee you won't have those odds to deal with again.  You were put here for a reason.  It's time you start acting like it.  Wasting time watching meaningless television shows,  reading gossip magazines & observing all the excitement in your "friends" lives on facebook won't push you toward your greatness .  ALL of it it is pointless.  Each of us have the same 86,400 seconds in a day....it's time you start ACTING as if each second counts.  Pretend (if you must) that today is your last day.  What would you do differently?  Who would you interact with?  What level of love would you share with your family & friends?  Who would you call?  Where would you go?...and with whom?

ACT AS IF today matters....because it does, in the grand scheme of things.  When you BE-gin to realize that all of life is merely an accumulation of years, months, days and seconds.....you will change your lifestyle.
ACT AS IF something TRULY is at stake for your life.....because it is.  There is no one on this amazing earth like you.  You have something INSPIRING to share with the world.  GET OUT OF YOUR WAY & unveil your greatness to the world.  If you feel as though something is missing in your life.....chances are IT'S YOU!

It's time to show up.....and SHOW UP BIG!
If you want to change your life....you have to change your life.

 Adversity:
definition--adverse fortune or fate; a condition marked by misfortune, calamity, or distress

We have all had rough times in our lives that the unexpected happens.  We
may have lost a loved one, had financial distress, been yelled at, failed a
class, or lost something that was important to us.  Adversity sometimes acts as
a wake up call to BE more present in our lives.  A great quote by one of my
mentors says---'The past doesn't equal the future.....unless you live there.'
If you are always focusing on the negative hurts, disappointments, regrets or stressful
events of your past, you will more than likely live a life full of fear,
hatred,  anger and frustration.  The sad thing about that--is that it was
created by  you.  Now, the good news here is that if you create something, you
can create  the opposite as well.  And the opposite of adversity is prosperity.
When I am  speaking of prosperity, I'm not simply referring to it in the
financial realm.   What I am speaking about is having a prosperous life---being
able to BE, Do and  Have anything and everything that you desire.

The late 1990s hit movie GroundHog Day typically finds itself on
national television channels this time of year.  For those of you who may not
have seen the movie.  It's a movie in which Phil Connors (played by BIll
Murray)  must live the same day over and over again, and is forced to realize
that the  only real change that will ever be possible must happen within
himself.

You see we all would like to change what is on the outside.  Examples that
I have recently heard at my clinic have been that people want more sun, less
snow, a newer house, nicer car, more money at the end of the month rather than
more month at the end of the money. We all have greater desires.  BUT as I have
said in the past, you must first be grateful for what you have and
know where your are starting from in order to get where you want to go.

I heard someone once say--'You will never leave a place that you have never
been.'  Some people are simply in denial.  Many people believe health comes in
a  pill, potion or lotion.  This IS a false statement---HEALTH comes from
within.  Follow me here-----If you were to take a completely healthy person,
meaning they passed all major medical test with flying colors and you began
giving them medications-----would they get healthier?  Something to think
about.  The answer is obvious--they would become sick.  So my question is
this---how can someone be sick, be given medication and expect to get healthy?
It will not happen.  YOU must add purity where there is none and sufficieny
where there is deficiency to restore the body.....from within.  Our body's were
designed to heal and regulate on their own.  It is an enormous responsibility
to  care for,  but If someone truly desires to change anything in their
life---You  MUST start from within.
