Many times you have one chance.....ONE CHANCE at achieving your goals and obtaining true success.  You may have ONE CHANCE of meeting that 'special someone' but many times fear get in our way and we don't even try.  There are far too many 'If only I would have.'  'If only I had' statements in the world.  Years later you may look back and wish you coulda, shoulda and wish you had done that which you put off.  If you want to get healthier....it starts NOW.  Not tomorrow after you have had a night to endulge in a quart of ice cream, pizza and soda.  All successful choices begin with a conscious decision to change NOW
